NRG Aceu Witnesses Insane Apex Legends Glitch

Aceu is a professional esports player for NRG. He joined the team last year to beef up the NRG Apex Legends squad which already had one of the best players in the world, Dizzy. He’s won many esports tournaments with teammates Dizzy & Mohr, and has established NRG as one of the top teams in competitive Apex Legends.  Since Dizzy’s departure from the esports scene, Aceu and company have still done well in tournaments. When Aceu isn’t playing in tournaments, he’s streaming Apex Legends for his 350k followers, which has grown quite a lot since joining NRG.

Aceu Witnesses Insane Apex Legends Bug

During one of his recent streams, Aceu was already eliminated from the game, however, he was watching the remainder of the game through COL_Reptar who plays for Complexity Gaming. During one part of the match, the dead zone was closing in and there was a moment where COL_Reptar went into the danger zone for a few seconds without getting any damage. Aceu didn’t believe what he just saw. He looked at the health bar at the bottom and saw there was no damage to COL_Reptar and then says, “WHAAAATTTT“?

Although viewers couldn’t hear if COL Reptar said anything about it, we could see he was startled for a second. Anyone who has played Apex Legends knows that once you enter the outside of the ring, you’ll inflict some sort of damage depending on the progress of the game.  It seems another glitch has hit season 4, and no one was able to explain what happened. Aceu, who has clocked in hundreds of hours on the game didn’t have an explanation. Is this a new bug that players should worry about? Well, it seems like a one-off considering there haven’t been any mass reportings of it. It seems like it was a one-time event and that COL Reptar experienced a rare situation. Nonetheless, let’s hope this isn’t a common bug in Season 4.
