Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord Early Access Announced At Gamescom
Mount and Blade is one of the most enjoyed games out there. We all enjoyed playing the Mount and Blade series years ago. This was due to the fact that it was reaching to one of the deepest desires of an RPG game. Players were able to fight as a lone soldier inside a big battlefield. This alone gave the Mount and Blade fans the satisfaction they were looking for. The game was also extremely mod-friendly. There are thousands of Mount and Blade mods out there, to a name a few, Game of Thrones-inspired mods of the Lord of the Rings mods were very common. This mixed with the feudal lifestyle choices made the game an ultimate RPG games.
However after Mount and Blade: Warband we have seen players from all over the world expect a sequel to the original. Taleworlds Entertainment announced around 2012 that the sequel is in development. However, due to some problems the game was in development for nearly 8 years. Players were expecting news from the game every year but they were unable to get an answer.
But the wait is finally over. developers announced at the Gamescom that Mount and Blade Bannerlord II is coming to early access on Steam around March 2020. Developers stated that also this will not be the final version of the game and it is subject to change. However, it is nice to even get an early access date for Mount and Blade: Bannerlord II.
Players will be controlling a sole person and will try to rule Calradia again. Everything is different in the Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord, for example, there is a new UI and everything from the graphics to Physics is changed for the new game. There are new siege engines and the castles look destructible. You can watch the early access trailer from below.
Finally, after waiting for a long time, players will have access to this amazing game. But there are some questions regarding why is it coming on early access? TaleWorlds Entertainment announced that this was due to the testing phase. Game is extremely ambitious for a development team this small and they are trying to test every possible outcome for every scenario. As we have said before Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord is coming to early access on Steam around March 2020!
